Bend High School Underground Newspaper Founded by Zack Zurflu* In the 11th grade of high school I was taken away from all my friends in California and placed awkwardly in the middle of Bend, Oregon. I knew no one until Zack asked me one day why I ate lunch alone. I met the wierdo art crowd when he introduced me to his friends and it pretty much saved my life. He decided to do an underground paper bashing everyone and making fun of our school. The administration was pissed off and started a hunt for the culprits, which made us even more happy.
